You want to shape the way humans and AI collaborate in creative, marketing, and digital business environments? Then join us as an AI & Digital Concepter / Consultant and help VI transform how we and our clients work with AI.

What you will do

  • Spot high‑value opportunities for AI-driven automation and augmentation across creation, performance marketing, paid media, social media, and project management

  • Concept, prototype, and implement real solutions—fast

  • Build workflow automations, agent setups, chatbots, internal assistants, and integrated tools that solve real business problems

  • Connect and orchestrate systems like n8n, Langdock, Slack/Teams, and PM tools into seamless AI-powered workflows

  • Turn MVPs into production-ready solutions that teams actually use

  • Train and enable internal teams to confidently work with new AI tools and processes

  • Measure the impact of AI use cases and continuously optimize based on meaningful KPIs

  • Advise brands and organizations on AI strategy, efficiency potentials, and practical implementation

  • Support workshops, audits, and trainings to accelerate AI adoption

  • Collaborate closely with consulting, strategy, and marketing teams to drive measurable business outcomes

Job requirements

What we expect:

  • Experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions—from concept to working prototype

  • Proven hands-on skills in building and deploying functional MVPs

  • Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), workflow engines (n8n, Zapier, Make), APIs, data flows, agent systems, and analytics/monitoring

  • Strong process and systems thinking, with the ability to break down problems and create elegant solutions

  • An ownership mindset: you don’t wait— you identify, design, build, and deliver

  • The ability to explain complex concepts clearly, credibly, and in a way that gets teams excited

  • Bonus: experience in digital agency environments (creation, performance, social), client consulting, project leadership, AI change management, enablement, or basic AI governance/security topics

  • Personality & working style

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on delivering outcomes

  • Collaborative across disciplines like creation, tech, data, PM, and client service

  • A change driver who turns ideas into tangible results

  • Motivated by making teams more productive and innovation more real

  • Fluency in German and Englisch
