What you will do:
Consult with clients: Understand business needs, identify technical solutions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout complex digital projects.
Technical leadership: Take end-to-end technical ownership for client projects – from cost estimation and architecture to final implementation.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless, high-quality web experiences.
Team leadership: Lead interdisciplinary teams, set technical direction, and drive projects to success through your expertise.
Mentoring: Guide and support less experienced engineers, fostering continuous professional growth within the team.
Strategic guidance: Anticipate technological trends, help clients navigate current and future challenges, and ensure sustainable digital excellence.
Job requirements
What we expect:
Professional experience: At least 7 years as a Frontend Engineer, Lead Developer, or in a similar technical consulting role.
Technical excellence: Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, modern build tools) and strong experience architecting complex web applications.
Agile mindset: Proficient in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
DevOps & CI/CD: Solid understanding of DevOps practices, Git workflows, and release processes.
Storyblok experience: Previous work with Storyblok or similar headless CMS is highly desirable.
Language skills: Confident and fluent communication in both German and English.
Willingness to travel: Occasional travel for internal events, workshops, and client meetings.
