What you will do:

• Create and execute digital media strategies/media plans
• Execute ad booking and optimization firsthand on Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google, with and without paid media automation tools like Revealbot
• Configure and implement tracking setups in Google Tag Manager for accurate data collection
• Create insightful data visualizations using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Adverity
• Analyze digital campaign data and extract valuable insights for our clients and in-house creative team
• Provide in-depth digital guidance to clients, sharing your expertise in the digital marketing area

What we expect:

• At least 3 years work experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency, thereof at least 2 years as performance marketing manager, paid media manager, digital campaign manager or similar position
• Proficiency in handling the Meta Business Manager is a must-have for this position, experience with other ad managers (Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) is an advantage
• A keen awareness of current industry trends and developments
• High willingness to engage in regular professional development and take on new challenges and tasks that you have never done before
• High degree of self-organization
• Continuous questioning of existing processes in search of more effective and efficient ways of working
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
• Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as an Intermediate starts at € 38.000. How much more your salary will be depends on your qualifications, experience and commitment
