Performance and Paid Social Manager – German speaking (m/f/x)

What you will do:

• Strategize, execute, and refine paid media campaigns across social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve performance goals

• Set up and advise on tracking systems and analytics for accurate campaign measurement

• Deliver detailed campaign reports to stakeholders, offering clear insights and actionable next steps

• Align with our creative team to develop effective ad assets

• Advise clients on performance and paid media topics, shaping annual strategies and campaign approaches

What we expect:

• Proven experience in paid media management with a strong focus on social media channels

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Solid understanding of tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adverity, tracking pixels and experience in setting up and managing these technologies

• Experience with setting up and maintaining dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI)

• Strong analytical knowledge and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English

• Willingness to work regularly on-site at our Vienna office

• Based in Austria, Germany or Portugal

• Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as an Intermediate starts at € 39,500. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
