Senior Account Manager

Job description

You love keeping track of your digital projects and customers. You understand the needs and expectations of your contacts and you are the central interface between them and your team. 


What you will do:

  • Look after 2-4 customer accounts, maintain stable customer relationships and be responsible for your customers' proactive further development (cross-/upselling).
  • Inspire with your professional appearance and empathy. 
  • Plan and manage a wide range of digital and social media projects, as well as take on both consulting and conceptual tasks.
  • Through your leadership, the team will manage to implement each project on time, with quality and within budget.
  • Be responsible for controlling projects and achieving customer and project goals.

Job requirements

What we expect:

  • A successfully completed university degree
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a digital agency environment
  • Enthusiasm for social media and digital communication
  • High customer orientation, economic thinking and strong quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity and solution orientation
  • Fluent German and English skills are required
  • English as a native language is an advantage
