What you will do:

  • Enable excellence: Support over 200 employees to work seamlessly in a remote-first environment with cutting-edge tools and infrastructure

  • Drive innovation: Identify new digitalization and automation opportunities that make our colleagues' daily work easier and more efficient

  • Protect what matters: Keep a vigilant eye on security threats and safeguard our data and our clients' data with a comprehensive security strategy

  • Build partnerships: Coordinate collaboration with IT service partners while strengthening our colleagues' self-service capabilities

  • Shape culture: Create and nurture the VI culture, sharing your knowledge and experience as an active part of our community

Job requirements

What we expect:

  • Profound expertise in IT, infrastructure, networking and security topics

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment administration (Entra, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)

  • Experience with endpoint management and hardening solutions (Kandji, Intune) for secure device lifecycle management

  • Hands-on experience with Cloud/SaaS services and modern IT architectures

  • Deep knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Zapier, n8n) to streamline business processes

  • Knowledge of AI tools and agentic AI systems to enhance productivity and drive intelligent automation

  • Comprehensive and strategic understanding of the IT tool landscape and emerging technologies

  • Experience with certification processes (ISO 27001, SOC2) and continuous improvement methodologies

  • First experience as a leader with strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and team management expertise

  • Being fluent in English is a must-have and German-speaking skills are a plus.
